The first photo you posted for "close up" is very interesting. The colors all work very well together to give off a creep "Alice in Wonderland" theme I also think the the composition is interesting and keeps the eye moving inside the frame. The lighting is soft but fits in the the theme of the photo very well. If there was one thing I might change it would be to put more focus on either the candle holder, or the jacks so the the photo has a clear subject.
